Tokayev to issue decree on holding republican referendum on adoption of new Constitution of Kazakhstan
ASTANA. Feb 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that he will soon sign a decree on holding a republican referendum on the adoption of a new Constitution, the press service of the head of state reported.
