Commission proposes to put draft of new Kazakh Constitution to National Referendum
ASTANA. Feb 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Constitutional Commission will propose that the President of Kazakhstan put the finalized draft of the new constitution to a national referendum, the head of the commission, Elvira Azimova, said.
