TotalEnergies acquires Lukoil stake in Dutch refinery, becoming sole owner - report

MOSCOW. Feb 11 (Interfax) - French energy company TotalEnergies has become the sole owner of the Zeeland oil refinery in the Netherlands after buying out Russian oil company Lukoil's (MOEX: LKOH) 45% stake, Reuters reported, citing two sources.
