Moldova intends to pay off remaining membership fee debt to exit CIS

CHISINAU. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi stated that to withdraw from the CIS, his country will need to settle the outstanding membership fee debt.
