Kazakhstan abandoning super-presidential model with new Constitution – Tokayev

ASTANA. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is decisively moving away from a super-presidential form of government through recent political reforms, culminating in a draft new Constitution, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated.
