Tokayev orders master plan for insurance, capital markets

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday set a September 1 deadline for financial regulators to draft a development roadmap for Kazakhstan's insurance and capital markets.
