Tokayev demands clear plan for flood and drought season

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday ordered the government to develop a clear action plan and integrate digital tools for disaster forecasting ahead of the spring flood and potential drought season.
