Tokayev demands on-schedule power plant completions, decries 'amateur' management

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev issued a direct order to Kazakhstan's government on Tuesday, demanding it end delays in bringing new power plants online and condemning "overconfident amateurs" in the energy sector.
