Tokayev chides cabinet for not reading his interview, urges officials to read more

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev chided members of Kazakhstan's government on Tuesday, suggesting not all had read his January interview with the Turkistan newspaper with due attention.
