MINSK. Jan 23 (Interfax) - The first meeting of the Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States' Permanent Representatives to the Statutory and Other Bodies of the CIS will be held in Minsk on January 29 under Turkmenistan's chairmanship, the CIS Executive Committee press service said in a statement on Friday.
