ASHGABAT. Jan 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in a meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Heads of State Council to take place in Turkmenistan's Avaza National Tourist Zone on October 9, the Turkmenportal digital media reported, citing Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin as saying at a press briefing.
