ASTANA. Dec 24.(Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The base rate by the end of 2026 could be lowered to 16.5% from the current 18%, said Elena Bakhmutova, CEO of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan (AFK), in an interview with Interfax-Kazakhstan news agency.
