Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus sign 2026 military cooperation plan

ASTANA. Oct 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The defense ministers of Kazakhstan, Russia, and Belarus signed a joint military cooperation plan for 2026 on Friday during a meeting of the Council of CIS Defense Ministers in Almaty, Kazakhstan's defense ministry reported.
