Belousov arrives in Kazakhstan to attend meeting of CIS Council of Defense Ministers

ALMATY. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov arrived in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on Thursday to attend a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member states, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
