Kazakh President warns of nuclear conflict risk, urges constructive diplomacy

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan warned Wednesday of an unprecedentedly high risk of nuclear conflict and called for constructive diplomacy to ease international tensions.
