Kazakh President awards top honor to Russian Patriarch for strengthening spiritual ties

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev awarded Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia the "Altyn Kyran" (Golden Eagle) order, the highest state award of Kazakhstan, for his contribution to strengthening spiritual ties between the two nations.
