Kazakh state audit exposes flaws in mineral resource management

ASTANA. July 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Supreme Audit Chamber (SAC) has uncovered widespread inefficiencies in the country’s geological exploration and mining sector, citing 81 regulatory violations and 16 systemic failures in a newly released report.
