Kazakh President offers condolences to Vietnam over typhoon victims

ASTANA. July 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a condolence message to General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam following the deadly passage of Typhoon Wipha, the presidential press service reported Saturday.
