Russia's State Duma adopts law on easing conditions to terminate agreements on upgrading oil refineries in 2024
MOSCOW. July 10 (Interfax) - The State Duma has adopted in the third reading an amendment to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation that permits oil refineries to continue receiving reverse excise tax even if the upgrading deadlines were missed in 2024.
