ASTANA. June 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Belgian group Sarens will build a new bypass road and associated infrastructure at the Nur Zholy border crossing point on the Kazakhstan-China border, with investments estimated at $50 million, according to a statement from the Kazakh government.
