Kazakhstan cannot force consortia to cut oil production despite OPEC+ commitments - Energy Minister

ASTANA. May 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan does not have the right to oblige international consortia developing the republic's largest fields to reduce oil production, Energy Minister Yerlan Akhkenzhenov explained regarding the non-fulfillment of obligations to OPEC+.
