Former Kazakh Deputy Culture Minister gets 3 years for abuse of power

ASTANA. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A court in Astana sentenced former Kazakh Deputy Culture and Sports Minister Yerlan Kozhagapanov to three years in prison for abuse of office, while an event agency director received five years for fraud in a related case.
