China's Xinjiang Lihua to build cotton processing facility in southern Kazakhstan

ASTANA. March 26 (Interfax) - Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has met with Chairman of the Xinjiang Lihua (Group) Co Ltd. Board of Directors Zhang Qihai to discuss the construction of a cotton and textile cluster worth over 200 billion tenge in southern Kazakhstan, the prime minister's press service said.
