Technical malfunction behind MI-8 helicopter crash in Aktobe region – deputy defense minister

ASTANA. Nov 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The crash of the MI-8 helicopter in the Aktobe region may have occurred due to a technical malfunction, according to Deputy Minister of Defense Shaikh-Khasan Zhazykbayev.
