OPEC+ oil production 150,000 bpd below plan in Oct, given restrictions and compensations; Iraq and Kazakhstan still higher
MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - OPEC countries increased oil production by 466,000 barrels per day in October compared to September to 26.53 million bpd, mainly due to Libya, while countries participating in the OPEC+ agreement produced 150,000 bpd below the planned level, given restrictions and compensations for previously under-reduced production.
