Fatalities in Kazakhstan’s army are mainly caused by careless handling of weapons - Defense Ministry
ALMATY. Sept 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The increasing number of fatalities in the army have been mainly caused by careless handling of weapons and failure to follow the safety requirements when operating military equipment, Deputy Defense Minister Shaikh-Khasan Zhazykbayev said.
