Parole is revoked for Kazakh businessman Tokmadi, convicted of banker's contract killing
ASTANA Sept 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The panel of judges of the Almaty regional court cancelled the decision of the first instance court on the parole of Muratkhan Tokmadi, who had been sentenced to 10.5 years in prison for the contract killing of the head of BankTuranAlem JSC Yerzhan Tatishev in 2004, the regional court told the Interfax-Kazakhstan agency.
