Former head of Astana department of culture has been detained on embezzlement charges
ASTANA. Sept 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The former head of the Astana Department of Culture has been detained on suspicion of large-scale embezzlement of public money, the Financial Monitoring Agency (AFM) said in a Tuesday press release.
