Rescuers from CSTO countries practice earthquake response during exercise in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Sept 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The joint tactical and special exercise Skala-20124 with emergency units of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states began on Wednesday in the Almaty region, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry reported.
