Tokayev to address the people of Kazakhstan on Sept 2

ALMATY. Aug 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver his annual state of the nation address at a joint parliamentary meeting on September 2, the head of state's press service said in a Thursday press release.
