Water tariffs in Almaty will increase by 22% from Sept 1

ALMATY. Aug 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Cold water supply tariffs for the households in Almaty will be raised from September 1, 2024 to 66 tenge per cubic meter, and the water sewage tariff will increase to 40.95 tenge per cubic meter, said Asel Budeneyeva, the head of the Almaty department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy.
